Can you guys believe the holiday season is just around the corner? Where on earth has this year gone? Life can a little more hectic and a little crazier around the holiday season, not to mention busier!
At The Paper + Craft Pantry, we know the remaining days of 2016 will be jam packed so we decided to carve out time to celebrate our team! We've accomplished a lot, and grown a ton in the past year and we know we owe it to the incredible support we have behind The Paper + Craft Pantry.
If you haven't heard of Round Top Antiques Fair, go ahead and see what it's all about. But to sum it up for you, it's basically a HUGE antiques and vintage haven that happens twice a year in Texas. Vendors and shoppers from all over the nation, and even world, come to the tiny town of Round Top to shop until they drop!
We planned a surprise team trip in lieu of working from the studio and ventured with the intention of spending time together. We really believe in the work life blend/balance and believe in celebrating all the hard work everyone has done and will continue to do to finish out 2016 with a bang!
Pei, our owner, hired Catelyn with The Distillery Market, as our tour guide for this trip. Navigating through the Round Top Antiques Fair can be incredibly intimidating because it's seriously so huge and it's easy to spend a whole day there without really even scratching the surface of everything there is to offer.
Catelyn took care of all the essentials like mapping out the spots we would go to based on what we told her we were interested in seeing, doing and buying. She even whipped up a really fun scavenger hunt for us to work on during the day, shared incredible fun facts about the fair— and bonus: she knew all the BEST spots for us to visit.
