Where do your workshops and classes take place?
All our workshops and classes take place in The Paper + Craft Pantry's studio!
Our brand new shop + studio is located at 1023 Springdale Road in building 6B.
Where can I park?
There is free parking in the parking lot throughout the development. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes before the workshop start time to park and get settled. Don't forget to remove valuables and personal belongings and always lock your car doors :)
What kind of experience is required for your workshops?
Most of our workshops are open level classes that are perfect for beginners as well as for someone more seasoned in the class content. If you are still unsure of the experience needed, please reach out and we will be happy to guide you to the right workshop.
Workshop Experience Levels:
This workshop is ideal for you if you are interested in this class’s content. Perfect for true beginners and veteran creatives alike!
This workshop is ideal for you if you have some basic understanding of the class content. Perhaps you’ve dabbled with the class content in the past but want to pick it back up again!
This workshop is ideal for you if you have taken a previous Open Level to Proficient Beginner workshop in this class content. There will be less focus on the basics and you will get more in-depth + technical instruction.
This workshop will focus on developing skills related to the class content and is suitable for someone who is looking to grow their technique in this medium. We advise that you are at least a proficient beginner and have a solid understanding of this content.
What's the minimum age required to attend?
Our workshops are designed for adults and are best suited for ages 18 years and up. We do require that someone over the age of 18 participates/accompanies the minor in the class, as a registered participant.

What can I expect the day of the workshop?
Our studio doors open 10 minutes before the class start time. We encourage students to come early so you'll have time to sign in, get settled and browse our retail shop before we begin. All materials you'll need for the workshop will be provided (unless specifically stated in the workshop listing), so all you have to do is come ready to learn and have fun!
*Note that if you are more than 15 minutes late from the class start time, we might be unable to seat you as the class would have progressed and it will be unlikely you'd be able to catch up to speed with the instruction. If you do decide to participate after a late arrival, it will be up to you to get caught up to the class and the instructor may assist you only after they have ensured the rest of the class is settled.
I’m unsure of the workshop cost, can you tell me more about the fees?
All our workshops are all inclusive! That means you not only get personal and professional instruction from our top notch instructors (all of whom are small business owners), you also get quality materials and sips + treats!
The cost of the workshop also takes into account the time and effort the instructor and our studio coordinator has put in prior to each workshop for each student to prepare for an incredible class! Each workshop takes hours to prepare ;)
Can my (friend, significant other, child) who isn't taking the class accompany me to the workshop?
Each ticket counts as one single seat to our class!
For the best experience and to uphold integrity for all our paying students, we are unable to seat additional folks who don't have a paid ticket.
What happens if a workshop is cancelled?
Although rare, a workshop may be cancelled or rescheduled if it doesn't meet the minimum registration or if there is an instructor emergency. In this event, you will be contacted as soon as this decision has been made and we will refund 100% of all paid tickets. We will also notify you as soon as we get it rescheduled.
Something’s come up, I can’t make it to the workshop!
Due to the demands of our workshops, all of our workshops are non-refundable or exchangeable for any reason.
A lot of effort goes into each workshop (by us + the instructor), the instructor purchases supplies and prepares for the number of tickets sold. In the event you have someone who would like to take the workshop in your place, let us know within 48 hours and we will happily honor them taking the class in your place. *We are not responsible for the reimbursement of your workshop fee.
If you are unable to find someone to take your place, we will put aside your personal workshop materials for you to pick up anytime during our open hours for the following 2 weeks.
AH! A workshop I want to take is sold out! What can I do?
Unfortunately, once a class is sold out, it does mean that it's at maximum seating capacity and we are unable to accommodate additional students. At this time, we are unable to keep track of so many waitlists since we host so many workshop + events. Your best option is to sign up for our newsletter so you can be the first to know about future classes or when we do decide to host this workshop again!
Can I host a private workshop in your studio?
Absolutely! We love hosting private workshops and parties in our studio, and even travel to host remote workshops for larger groups! We've hosted team building happy hours, birthday parties, bridal showers, just to name a few. We've held workshops for groups of 12 all the way to 20 in our studio, and up to 100 offsite!
